We offer full service event production and design, as well as event management services. What does that mean? It means we are not only your typical planner, but also your advisor, designer, budget tracker, logistics expert, and negotiator all rolled into one. We fill lots of roles so that your life becomes easier and you are not sweating the small stuff when it comes to planning. We walk you through every step of the planning process and allow you to be hands on. During our first consultation, our process is outlined for you so that we stay on the same page and understand always what’s coming next.
A large part of the planning process is the design. This is where we get to know you on a personal level and develop a of list of “must haves” that are important for your special day. From there, we create design boards that illustrate our concepts and help guide our vendor proposals.
Once we have a vision, we begin production by creating floor plans, lighting schemes, drapery concepts and much more.
The last piece of the process is the event management. This is where all of the planning and design gets executed on the day of the event. We develop extensive timelines and plans to make sure the day runs smoothly. Event management is included in our full service design fees, but we also offer specialized packages for those couples that just need someone to manage their day and the months leading up to the event.
